namelist style in OPA, LIM2 and LIM3

Style of namelist has to be changed to obtain more compact and readable namelists

the OPA, LIM2 and LIM3 new namelists are provides in attachment

N.B: the attachment are for orca2-lim configuration. Similar changes have to be done on other referenced configuration....

AGRIF namelist (1_namelist) have to be updated in a similar way. In particular, the existing AGRIF namelist does not include the changes in nam_tke namelist names....

I'm afraid you could not refrain yourself to perform some cosmetic changes : as an example namctl read in opa.F90 is now nam_ctl in the namelist file. It may be just a lack of chance or a syntax error , since it is the first namelist read in the code, so maybe the only case of such changes. But you can admit with we than having the code stopping even before the initialisation phase is particularly discouraging.
Nevertheless, I do not feel in a mood of checking all namelist name in the code, I thank you for the work done on this and any new (and working) contribution will be welcome.
