This form gives a way to change your Forge password in the case you forgot it. To do so, you should have previously entered your email proper on your account.
Please enter your username on the form bellow, a key code will be given here
and email will be sent to you. Go to the url indicated in the mail, then enter
the key code, and your new password.
No changes are performed on the server side as long as you don't give a valid new password.
