How to perform some tests with ORCHIDEE on my laptop/PC

This tutorial will explain you how to run ORCHIDEE on one pixel for some tests on your laptop or PC.

1. Files needed

To run ORCHIDEE, you need the following files (in netcdf format):

• a climatic forcing file
• a vegetation map
• soils_param.nc
• reftemp.nc
• a configuration file called run.def (which could be empty)
