Debug a coupled LMDZOR run

See here some tips for debugging a coupled LMDZOR run.

Tip 1) Compile in debug mode

Tip 2) Find the directory where the model is running : RUN_DIR

Look into all out_* files from LMDZ and ORCHIDEE. If the simulation crashes you'll find them in the Debug folder in your submit directory. If it hangs search for the RUN_DIR as described here wiki:Documentation/UserGuide/HangCrash

Tip 3) Check output files for interface variables

Analyse the sechiba_history.nc output file and check whether the variables passed from ORCHIDEE to LMDZ are reasonable.
