Reverted back monitoring to revision 4096 to be adapted to use with trunk/ORCHDEE source revisions older than 4319 due to the modifications done in r4319 on stomate ipcc output variables. The change back of the monitoring is done to be coherent with trunk/ORCHIDEE source revision 4261 used in IPSCM6.0.10 model and LMDZOR_v6.
