Description
The fait_AA_make script in NVTK is not up to date: it does not work properly since it doesnt take in account the change in the source code: switch from a cpp include of mpif.h (#include mpif.h) to a FORTRAN include of the same file (INCLUDE mpif.h).
To fix the problem, NVTK/fait_AA_make is changed, following the changeset 1931 done in UTIL/fait_AA_make
