Update the arch files for Curie:

  • Update NetCDF to version 4.3.3.1
  • Update PGI compiler to version 14.10 (fixes compilation for the xios-1.0 branch)
  • Update GCC compiler to version 4.9.1
  • Update Vampir to version 8.2.1
  • Various clean-ups.
