Handle simulation length not being modulo of pack length. The latest pack will have a different length

Description
At present each packed file must have the same length.
Running a 23 years long simulations and having 10 years long pack actually lead to the last 3 years of simulation being left unpacked.
We would like to have a years pack at the end in that case.

Actuellement, dans l'exemple, les derniers 3 ans vont etre packé dans un fichier avec mauvais nom (période de 10ans).
