Select of model resolution

In IPSLCM5A/IPSLCM6 configuration, monitoring01_opa9.cfg is provided in directory POST. It contains the model resolution (ORCA2.3 presently).

Presently, monitoring01.job will try to use, in this order :

1 - ${CARD_DIR}/POST/monitoring01_opa9.cfg
2 - $FER_ATLAS/monitoring01_opa9_${RESOL_OCE}.cfg (RESOL_OCE=ORCA2|ORCA1|...)

I suggest to add between 1 and 2 the possibility to use ${CARD_DIR}/POST/monitoring01_opa9_${RESOL_OCE}.cfg

${CARD_DIR}/POST/monitoring01_opa9.cfg will stay in IPSLCM5A, but will be removed in IPSLM6.

Its a small change in monitoring01.job, that will works for lim2, lim3 and pisces.
