Stop simulation if .resol doesn't exist

Description
If .resol is not found, the simulation will crash when looking for parameter files with resolution in their name. It is therefore no use continuing.

To be manage at the driver level (lmdz.driver opa9.driver ....).

All configurations do not have a .resol. If the executable is not resolution dependent, the .resol do not exist. This is the case for ORCHIDEE offline configuration.
