Update with changes done in IPSLCM7 in previous commit [6445]:
Modified to be able to work with

• LMDZ testing rev 4515
• ORCHIDEE rev 7991
• ICOSA_LMDZ rev 4501
• DYNAMICO rev 3558d704

Also changed path to NETCDF95 installation at irene/igcmg.
