SD : - Add option ByPass_hgardfou in [UserChoices?] section of lmdz.card

• Divide teta* in gcm.def for one period and then continue as usual.
• Use with with care

• Add option LMDZ_adjust in [UserChoices?] section of lmdz.card
  • put adjust = y in run.def
  • save Bands file in ${SUBMIT_DIR}/PARAM
