Validation of implementation of XIOS interface in ORCHIDEE

XIOS trunk rev 455 (bug in rev 452)

Configuration ORCHIDEE offline : Choisnel, regional, instantanous output

• OK ioipsl = xios (no test sur alma)
• L'axe de temps s'affiche correctement mais dans le 2'eme periode, pour les fichiers xios, il reste toujours sur 1-2jan.
• Tested files :
  • sechiba_history.nc (freq 1800sec): OK
  • sechiba_out_2.nc (freq 1800sec) : OK
  • stomate_history.nc(freq 1 day) : OK
  • stomate_ipcc_history.nc (freq 1 day) : OK
