    4242        * Adjust stomate_data.f90 (OCN -> 1.9.5.2). Current sapling initialization is not consistent with the rest of the allometric allocation. 
     43        * Both resource and allometric allocation make use of the variable pipe_tune2 and pipe_tune3. In 1.9.5.2 these variables are set to 40 and 0.5 respectively. In OCN the values are 55 and 0.65 respectively. Use the appropriate values depending on the tests.
