Scripts in this folder are used to create woodharvest forcing files for ORCHIDEE 
according to the protocol for CMIP6 simulations.
The final files are stored in the shared repository in IGCM/SRF/WOODHARVEST/CMIP6


** For the CMIP6 historical forcing
At obelix, the following has been launched:
ferret -script genere_woodharvest.jnl

Post-treatement have been done to 
- change name of the dimensions (LON --> longitude, etc.)
- suppression dimension unitaire TIME
- remove negative values

** For the CMIP6 scenario forcing, first part for years 2015-2100
Following script have been launched at obelix:
./genere_woodharvest_scenarios.ksh

Manual post-treatement have been done to 
- change name of the dimensions (LON --> longitude, etc.)
- suppression dimension unitaire TIME

** For the CMIP6 scenario extensions, second part for years 2101-2299
Following script have been launched at obelix:
./genere_woodharvest_scenarios_extension.ksh

For the post-treatments, following script has been launched:
./genere_woodharvest_scenarios_final_perscenario_extension.ksh
