Changed the dimension of carbon related variables. In fact different levels are used between mict-peat and trunk for these variables. The current modification is to be consistent with the trunk. Modification also applied to allow sufficient nitrogen for peatland. Site simulations similar to spinup were done and the soil carbon results are reasonable. Need to improve the LAI.
