Modified the driver codes in order to solve the inconsistency in the grid corner indices and the area computation, esp in the case of subregional simulation for irregular grids. This modification defines that the first index of grid corner is upper left, and the increasing of indices is in clockwise direction, agreed by JP also. Tested with two forcing files (safran included) and it worked. This is to answer the question initially raised in the ticket #1030.
