Changeset 8718 for trunk

Changed compile option for gcc at MESOIPSL for optimisation level from O3 into O2 in production mode. O3 didn't give same results when changing number of cores MPI, tested in offline mode. With O2, this test gives the same results. No loss in computing time has been seen.
