Changes for irrigation in the trunk (ticket #857) :

  • in routing_interp_topo_irrig: fix initialization issues + clean and comment some code
  • in hydrol: introduce a new pft-dependant logical is_irrigated, replacing tests on natural
  • in pft_parameters_var: fix a comment for pref_soil_veg
