More modifications applied since the revision 8508: 1) improved mc initialization; 2) addded a condition to activate the peatland in a more accurate way; 3) modified computations of shumdiag_xxx for consistency; 4) removed temp_hydro to be consitent with trunk; 5) improved thermo_coef to take into account peatland and nonpeatland; 6) modified a part of computation rhs to be consistent with trunk; 7) found an inconsistency if ok_thermodynamical_freezing and peatland are activiated and added a warning; 8) improved the conditions before computing control_most_man;9) added grid_ngrnd_nvm_nelements and new variables related to peatland into the xml files. More validation and analysis ongoing.
