Message:

Removed output variable CONTFRAC_STOMATE which was redundant with contfrac. Now in file_def, in stomate files use the same variable output from sechiba.

Add a comment for RESOLUTION_X and RESOLUTION_Y to remember that these variables are deactivated automatically when running on an unstructured grid.
