Corrections needed for compilation with nvhpc and gfortran done by Kazem Ardaneh, Laurent Fairhead and Amaury Barral, LMD.

• upper index exceded bounds in function_libraries
• type error ts.second is not correct but was accepted by intel compiler.
• gfortran sees a conflict when an argument has the same name as in a module. With intel, the argument primes over the variable in the module but it seems not to be the case with gfortran. Added USE grid, not_used => contfrac, to avoid such conflict.
