Corrected in src_parameters/pft_parameters.f90 by adding the line "!Config Key" and recreated the orchidee.default file using the script in TOOLS/GENERATE_ORCHIDEE_DEFAULT.

As you can see, there are huge differences in orchidee.default. This corresponds to corrections of previous errors which where introduced previously due to the missing line. The script that generates the orchidee.default file is too regide and makes errors if this line (Config key) is missing.
