This commit consists of code required for the use of the new driver.
It is a partial merge von branch ORCHIDEE_2_2 (Revision: 8315; Last Changed Rev: 8308)
The code contains:

• new driver code:
• xios interpolation: not activated / nor tested but was required to make the new driver code run
• some changes for LUC flux diagnostic ( not tested , accidentially included in the merge )

If the old driver is used, the results are identical to simulations from before the merge. Tested for a region in France.

If the new driver is used, the model compiles and executes on obelix (debug mode),

• but the results are not identical to the ones using the old driver.
• but the region selected for limits given in run.def differs from old driver (ticket was opened ​http://forge.ipsl.jussieu.fr/orchidee/ticket/965 )

More testing of the new driver is ongoing.
