First step of the merge of MICT-Peat 7746 into trunk 8051. The modified modules includes src_sechiba, src_parameters and src_xml, by introducing new pft and new soil tile. Also fixed bugs in ORC trunk (pft_parameters.f90 and slowproc.f90) when the flag readlai is 1 (ie., using mannualy defined lai, not using stomate). Simple test simulatin over one pixel by using sechiba only passed successfully. By XW.
