Removed variables from time-series, these varaibles do not exist anymore in the trunk:
HARVEST_ABOVE_c, TOTAL_SOIL_CARB, N_SUPPORT, MBC_STOM_c,MBC_STOM_n
Changed nbp to nbp_c and nbp_n and changed nep to nep_c and nep_n
