Added reading and interpolation of soilcolor form soils_param file if alb_bg_modis=F with XIOS (done in albedo_surface_soilalb).
Note that the section with old interpolation in albedo_surface_soilalb is only indented, no changes done for old methode.

Set output file sechiba_interp_diag to false by default. Activate it manually in file_def_orchidee.xml when needed.
