The configurations are updated for OOL_SEC_STO_FF2, OOL_SEC_STO_FF1trans and SPINUP_ANALYTIC_FF1, with appropriate files and parameters for pft map, soil map, soil color etc. Test simulations were made for 1-year full-region simulation and it works.
