Update due to changes in LMDZOR_v6.3 for new compilation method with script:

  • check_lmdzor, check_lmdzor_cross : update date due to new exerience in LMDZOR_v6.3.
  • host_irene.sh, host_obelix.sh : add fcm_arch to be able to link arch.env file in LMDZOR/ARCH folder to simulate compilation if compilation not done.
  • install_and_compile : add option compile=script for usage of compile_lmdzor.sh script
  • launch_lmdzor, launch_offline : add AutoExecSuffix? => Note modification in config.card in RefDir? is also needed.
  • reverted publish_all : change pour ecrire dans trusting2020 au lieu de trusting2015
  • trusting_ORCHIDEE.sh : set compile=script
