Added scripts for process CRU-NCEP v5.2 forcing data into LMDZ grid 119x128 with zoom over Europe. Done by James Ryder in 2014.

Netcdf files are stored on the shared repository R_IN/SRF/METEO/CRU-NCEP/v5.2/119x128_Z_Europe
