Add the beta version (need code review from other developper) of the bark beetle attack module. Most of the changes are in : stomate_pest.f90 and stomate_season.f90. The flag OK_PEST is introduce in the run.def to activate the module. Bug correction related to the readretart of circ_class_biomass. This variable was read two time once in slowproc initialize and once in stomate initialize. I removed the one in stomate.
