Fix+Merge: merge revision [3094/trunk/ORCHIDEE]. Related to ticket:107.

glcchange is prevented from PFT growth due to stomate_veget_update. It sets back to zero due to the old veget_max. glcchnage is computed with veget_max_new. Consequently the biomass is loss
