This commit is about refining the initialisation of the young stand at the beginning of a simulation or after a clear-cut + some bugfix from the previous commit r5782. forest is now initialize given the diameter and grass given the height. OCHIDEE now try to find the best tree diameter in order to reach a given RDI(RDI_TARGET_LOWER) and a given maximun numbers of tree per ha(NMAXTREE).
