Change the way the model use alpha_rdi_XXXX and beta_rdi_XXXX to handle density forest management in a easier way. These variables now reflect the relationship : RDI ~ quadratic diameter extracted from yield table. I also add three new variables in the history file IND_DOM, HEIGHT_DOM and DIAMETER_DOM wich represent canopy structure of the dominant layer
