BUGFIX for humrel_daily. Stomate_accu was done for humrel outside the ok_hydrol_arch IF statement in stomate.f90 resulting in too low values of of humrel_daily . Stomate_accu is already done within the statements controlled be the ok_hydrol_arch flag, when needed, and thus the abundant call was removed.
