See ticket 437 : use the depth of each hydrologic node in meters instead of index[1,nslm] as values for the output axis solay(nslm). This was already done for solth(ngrnd) but here we change to take the values directly from module vertical_soil_var.

Removed argument soilth_lev in xios_orchidee_init. It is not needed as it can be taken directly from vertical_soil_var.
