Refactor: refSOC is moved into its own class. Avoid code duplication.
New: object TYPE_FILE to manage input forcing files (currently only refSOC)
New: object TYPE_ARRAY to hold arrays. Make an abstraction of its dimensions.
New: object TYPE_NETCDF_INFO to improve input file information (for those file not following the standards)
New: subroutine flininfo_p (parallel interface of flininfo)
New: TYPE_INTERPOL_INFO singleton to save common interpolation arguments (neighbours, lalo, contfrac and resolution)
New: unittests for TYPE_FILE object
