DEV: This revision allows for the usage of the new N input files used by ORCHIDEE-CN. In order to do so major revisions has been made to the code in slowproc in particual slowproc_ninput, slowproc_init and slowproc_main. Minor changes have also been made in nitrogen_dynamics. Moreover, a problem related to XIOS and the lack of a defined array for outputs with the dimension of the short product pool, nshort, was fixed. The problem arose because nshort was changed from 1 to 2 in r5656.
