DEV: tested on a single pixel for 40 years. These changes address enhancement #369. The code to sort circ_class_biomass and circ_class_n was put into a subroutine that is now used in mortality_clean in stomate_kill and in stomate_prescribe. These changes were not found to have an effect on the model output.
