Updated ping file according to Data Request 01.00.21

  • following variables are duplicated in this version: agesnow, orog_ist, snm_land, snw_land, tsn_ist
  • it is not clear what the suffix _ist stands for
  • tsnl change from dimenstion XY to XYSn(on snow layers). The variable snowtemp_weighted needs to be adapted or replaced by anoter one before it can be used. tsnl is here set to dummy.
