Ticket #83

  • Moved ptn_beg=ptn from thermosoil_energy to thermosoil_main, same place in the calculation order. This is done because ptn_beg is not used anymore in this subroutine.
  • Renamed thermsoil_energy into thermosoil_energy_diag to show that it is only done to calculate diagnostic variables.
