  • Added OK_DYNROOT option for calculation of dynamic root profile to optimize soil moisture usage (modification of Dan Zhu's initial implementation to acount for soil layer depth)
  • nroot changed dimension from nroot(nvm, nstm, nslm) into nroot(kjpindex,nvm, nslm). Note that before all soiltiles had the same values for nroot.

No changes in results if OK_DYNROOT=n.
