Partial fix for ticket #343. Negative N mineralization values are permitted in stomate_litter so long as they do not result in negative soil_n_min. In such cases, som_inputs and n_mineralisation are truncated. resp_hetero_litter values and litter pools also need to be truncated in these cases. This will be done in the next commit.
