DEV: tested for a single pixel with all PFTS with imposecn=y and imposecn=n. This and the previous commit contain bug fixes and enhancements of the mass balance checks in stomate_lpj.f90 and stomate.f90 as further described in ticket #321. This version ran flawless for 34 years with imposecn=n but crashed after 33 years with imposecn=y. The crash was caused by a mass balance problem with carbon in stomate_lpj.f90
