Changes to slowproc_ninput to make Nitrogen inputs PFT-specific (added an extra index). Cleaned some recent changes to nitrogen_dynamics. Model runs with impose_cn=n for one year but crashes on the first day of year 2 with a memory allocation error. Still working on this. More changes soon.
