Fix: delete multiples definitions of global variables due to merge
Fix: missing arguments on subroutine calls due to merge
Clean: add max_eau_var variable into teststomate
Revert: slowproc_soilt is reverted to its original code
todo: adapt slowproc_soilt to new interpolation call
todo: forcesoil soilcarbon call is commented. soilcarbon does not exist anymore
todo: teststomate slowproc_main call is commented. There are some missing arguments
