For assimilation :

  • intersurf.f90, teststomate.f90 : renamed l_first_intersurf into lstep_init_intersurf
  • weather.f90, solar.f90, hydrolc : renamed firstcall_weater_xxx into lstep_init_xxx
  • removed first_call from constantes_soil.f90, constantes.f90, pft_parameters.f90 because these subroutines are only called onces, intented full module
