Improvement: enable netcdf parallel write for stomate_Cforcing_permafrost.nc file. This remove memory bottleneck.
Fix: z_organic is now entirely written. Before only the first proc wrote its values but not the rest.
New: use for spared subroutines which have no logic yet to be placed in a specific module
