Refactor: thermosoil_cond_pft loop is reduced an splitted into different
parts. Local variables are transformed into arrays.
New: assist compiler inside thermosoil_cond_pft in order to vectorize arrays
New: enable xAVX for Curie. Only for thin nodes.
New: enable array32byte to automatically align arrays.
