Updated OOL_SEC_STO to follow the protocol for reference simulations of ORCHIDEE for the simulation FG2.CWRR. Modifications done :

• forcing file is now CRU-NCEP/v5.3.2/twodeg and the calendar to noleap
• vegetation is updated each year using PFTmap from TRENDY2 project. VEGET_UPDATE=1Y
• CO2 is updated yearly with values from TRENDY2 project
• Activated : HYDROL_CWRR, RIVER_ROUTING, ALB_BG_MODIS, FIRE_DISABLE=y
• river_desc.nc file is created in the first execution of a simulation. The file is stored in SRF/Debug directory because it is missing a time axis.
• XIOS is now run by default in server mode

Updated SPINUP_ANALYTIC to follow the reference simulation FG1.CWRR:

• forcing file is now CRU-NCEP/v5.3.2/twodeg and the calendar to noleap
• Activated HYDROL_CWRR, RIVER_ROUTING(as before), ALB_BG_MODIS, FIRE_DISABLE=y(as before), river_desc as in OOL_SEC_STO
• XIOS is now run by default in server mode
